What's the easiest peptide to start with?
It depends on the goal. For recovery: BPC-157. For sleep/anxiety: Selank or DSIP. For weight loss: Tirzepatide at a low dose with slow titration.
How much does it cost to get started?
A typical first order (1 peptide + bacteriostatic water + syringes) falls in the mid-range of the catalog.
Does shipping take long?

Can I order just the water and syringes?

When you receive the package
My vial arrived — what do I do first?
Check that it's intact, with no cracks. Store it at 15-25°C, protected from light, until you're ready to reconstitute it.
The powder looks like a little ball stuck to the bottom — is that normal?
Yes. That's called a lyophilized 'cake'. Sometimes it looks compact, sometimes like loose powder. Both are fine.
The powder is stuck to the vial's cap — did it go bad?
No. Gently tap the vial against the table to bring it down, or use a bit more bacteriostatic water when reconstituting to wash it down.
Does the vial come with a syringe?
No. Insulin syringes are sold separately.
What about the bacteriostatic water?
It doesn't come with the vial either — it's purchased separately (also in the catalog).
During use
How much bacteriostatic water do I add?
Use the reconstitution calculator. The most common amount is 2 mL for 5-10 mg vials, which keeps the math simple: every 10 IU on the syringe ≈ 0.1 mL.
Once reconstituted, how long does it last?
As a general reference, 30 days refrigerated (2-8°C). Do not freeze.
Where do I inject it?
Subcutaneously in the abdomen (2 finger-widths from the navel), upper thigh, or arm. Rotate the site with each application.
What time of day?
It depends on the peptide. GLP-1: any time, but consistent. BPC-157: with food. GH secretagogues (CJC/Ipamorelin): at night before bed, fasted.
Do I need to fast?
Only GH-axis peptides (CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin) require a fast of about 2-3 hours around the dose. Most others don't.
Can I skip a day?
With daily peptides (BPC-157, GHK-Cu): not ideal, but the cycle isn't 'lost'. With weekly ones (Tirzepatide): take it when you remember and go back to schedule.
What if the syringe filled with air?
Gently tap the syringe with the tip up so the bubbles rise, push the plunger to expel the air, and then inject.
Do I reuse the syringe?
No. Use a new syringe for every injection. They're inexpensive, and reusing them hurts more and risks contamination.
Results and expectations
When will I feel something?
Sleep (DSIP): the same night. Recovery (BPC-157): days to 2 weeks. GLP-1: 2-4 weeks for appetite, 8-12 for visible changes in body composition.
I don't feel anything — is it not working?
Some effects are subtle or internal (regulation, repair). Give it at least 4 weeks before judging, and if you titrated the dose too slowly it may have stayed sub-therapeutic.
Can I combine two peptides at the same time?
Yes, there are classic synergies (BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC + Ipamorelin). For beginners, it's better to use one at a time to identify what each one does.
Do I need to cycle?
It depends. GH secretagogues: yes, 8-12 weeks on / 4 off. BPC-157: typically 4-8 weeks then a rest. GLP-1: can be continuous with proper titration.
And when I finish the cycle, does everything go back to normal?
Some effects persist (tissue repair, structural changes). Others partially reverse (appetite with GLP-1).
Safety
Does it have side effects?
Each peptide has its own. Common with GLP-1: nausea, fullness. With GH secretagogues: tingling, fluid retention. With most: local irritation at the injection site.
Can I combine it with my medications?
It depends. If you take antihypertensives, insulin, anticoagulants, or psychiatric medication, consult your doctor. There's an interaction checker in the tools section.
What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Peptides are not validated for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use them during that stage.
Are they addictive?
No. They don't act on the brain's reward circuits the way addictive substances do.
Can they be detected in clinical tests?
Some can (GH, IGF-1), others aren't routinely detected. If you compete in regulated sport, check the WADA list beforehand.
What do I do if I feel unwell after a dose?
Stop. If symptoms are mild (nausea, headache), reduce the dose. If they're severe (difficulty breathing, swelling), seek emergency care immediately.
